Purchased a 14 in 1 facial machine for 1000 dollars from them. A year later there was a shortage in one of the wires.
The shortage caused a lot of smoke and horrible smell. All appointments had to be cancelled for the rest of the day due to the burnt plastic smell. I am surprised it did not cause a fire. I have sent several emails and have gotten no reply.
I know there is 12 warranty but i feel this is real hazardous defect on the machine.
I will keep attempting to cantact customer service hopefully they will reply or call or do give some kind of update. There was alot money lost due to the cancelled appointments and money lost from the cost of the machine.
