Wow...I experienced the opposite. Super friendly customer service and willing to help me asap via email and phone.

I received a 2 phone calls minutes after submitting my issue via email then 2 emails when I woke up Saturday morning with instructions on submitting photos of the incorrect product sent and on the next working day a email apology letter with more instructions and a shipping label for the return product.

The correct product was shipped NDA! I wonder if someone else has taken over the business, because I was seriously very impressed with their customer service!

Purchased a set of reclining chairs from this company. The chairs seemed nice in appearance, but would tip over when leaning back to the point where I had to use velcro to keep it from falling over, and have my employee keep her foot on it. The company sent us the bigger bases to try to assist with this, with no change. Huge liability and risk for us, which required that we buy new chairs altogether. The company refused to pay return shipping, which would cost almost as much as the chairs themselves. Also, did not return any calls after multiple messages. When we finally got someone on the phone, they were extremely rude. I've never experienced such awful service.

Dangerous Electrical Issues and Cheap Equipment Paid Thousands

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I purchased the top of the line LCL 21 in 1 Machine and want to warn others from purchasing their equipment. The equipment is cheaply made and dangerous. I first was sent a towel warmer which leaked water into the wiring area, they sent out another cabinet which didn't fit my mainframe, they after numerous calls and emails send out another mainframe with another towel cabinet in it and I had to ship back the first unit which weighs close to 75 pounds and is 4 feet tall. Last week I tried to change the UV bulb and had a licensed electrician to replace the heating thermostat because it quit working all together.....He opened the back and there were several exposed wires. He looked up at me in shock and said "you are lucky this thing hasn't caught fire or electrocuted you". I called them and told them even sent photos and they want me to pay to repair it. They are rude and incredibly dishonest. I have had nothing but trouble from their equipment, the HF glass attachments don't fit snug and fall out, the clasps that hold the top of the steamer on are cracked and broken to the point I have to glue them and tape it, JUNK! and poor customer service. They want me to pay to have it fixed....it just keeps breaking and I am not hiring an electrician to rewire something that was supposed to work to start with.

Lcl Beauty Hair Dryer Review

I purchased this dryer after contemplating the $127. First, the timer was broken which I contacted the company and a replacement was sent right away; however, this dryer keeps cutting off while in use. I checked the plugs and outlets (I even changed outlets) and same thing!! I only used this dryer twice and now I am not sure what to do. I will contact the company to see what can be done!!

Purchased through amazon: I recommend not using his company as they do not clearly state that you will be charged to return the product to them they do However State that you may be charged to return the product to them and then when addressing that issue I pretty much just told that you don't get it, you are *** and "not worth the time" " I have other things I need to do "

Sorry you experienced this with LCL Beauty, my experience was just the opposite...I received the incorrect product and the return shipping was free all I had to do was drop it off at a UPS store with the packing label they emailed. Once I notified LCL Beauty via email that I had received the incorrect product they called me immediately late on a Friday night and shipped out the correct product on the next working day.

I ordered 8 hydralic styling chairs less than 7 months ago. The arms have been replaced on 3 of the chairs within less than 5 months of use by stylists that are right out of beauty school (no steady clientele). One of the arms had a tear in it when I took it out of the box to put the chair together. A tear....not a cut or a slit....a tear. I have that picture also. As of today all but one of the 8 chairs needs at least one if not both arms replaced. Per LCLBEAUTY this is NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. I say they sell poor quality equipment and they know it. I was told they would GIVE me a DISCOUNTED REPLACEMENT PRICE on arms. I have 4 chairs in my salon right now that i know are at least 9-10 yrs old and still function just fine. I myself am using one of the "new"chairs from LCL and I'm not having an issue at all with it. It works and looks just fine. I have been in this business for 26 years. I work 5 days a week with a full clientele. My chair is FINE. Why are the chairs that are not getting as much use as mine bending out and tearing loose? I'm not asking for my money back or for replacement chairs. I simply asked for more replacement arms to repair what should not be needing repaired this early into owning brand new equipment. I was told this was normal for the type of arms on this chair. This should NOT BE NORMAL. When you spend this kind of money to purchase professional salon equipment you should be able to use it for more than a few months. Normal wear and tear....i think not. Poor quality product and poor customer service is more like it.

I have purchased 3 High Frequency Facial Machines from LCL on eBay. 2 of the units were defective on arrival and were replaced immediately. 2 then died later, just before the 1-year warranty expired. 1 died after warranty. I called them around March 12th and they emailed a repair form that stated "devices must be shipped in original packaging with all accessories". So I filled out the form completely with my contact information and current shipping address and mailed the package to LCL. It arrived March 23rd and was "left with individual" according to USPS tracking. On April 15th, I sent an email to support@***.com "Hi, I was just wondering the status of the 2 high frequency devices I sent in a few weeks ago. Thanks,Tanya" No reply, so on April 16th I called and spoke with support and was informed they had no idea where my package was. I tracked it to make sure and sent this email April 16th: To support@***.com sales@***.com Hi, I found the tracking number for the devices I sent for repair/replacement. It was delivered March 20th and "left with an individual" at the address. I also attached a photo of my receipt. Thanks, Tanya No reply. no call, no followup, I got a notification from UPS 4 days later that they shipped replacement handles to my old address. So I sent another email: To support@***.com sales@***.com Wow, no one could be bothered to call me back last week and let me know what was going on. Today I got a notification that you shipped the package to my old address 20 miles from where I live now in a secure building. Can you please contact UPS immediately and reroute the package to my current address?" Get a call from "Michelle" who doesn't know I answered and she's loudly telling another employee she "called me" and I'm a bad customer. Promises to send electrodes and boxes. Electrodes arrive, 1 is broken, no cases. Call again and demand to speak to manager. Debbie refused. I have reason to believe the boxes were shipped today (hopefully with foam in them), but I sent 2 more emails to support and sales when I realized one of the electrodes was broken. That was over an hour ago and no one has replied to confirm that they are replacing the broken electrode. Also, they haven't answered how long the warranty is on the replacement units. No one has replied to my last 5 emails using either support@ or sales@. I am speechless at how horrible this experience has been and how little their employees seem to care about their customers or performing their jobs well. Debbie admitted she could see ALL of my emails in their system, I was polite and friendly at first, no idea why they can't be bothered to reply to an email or call a customer back!

Save your money!

I bought 3 shampoo bowls and all 3 have issues in less than 6 months. Master plumber installed and All 3 leak and flex. Worst purchase I made when opening my salon!! Expensive lesson learned!! When I ordered I called and was told what I ordered was perfect for my needs! Now I'm told that what I bought isn't best for the amount I use it!! The bowls are plastic and was told I needed a better material for the amount of usage. Would have been nice to hear that before I ordered them!!! Learn from my mistake! Save your money!

Product does not work

I bought a hooded hair dryer on back order and waited a month for it. When it arrived the next day I put it together. I managed to put it together, but the instructions was poor. Not words telling you what to do. But took me about 20 min tops. Than turned it on, and first noticed it only works if the timer is on. Than second, 2 minutes later it shuts off for no reason. So I checked the plug, and outlet. I turned it off and on again and it worked fine. Deep conditioned and rollerset my hair, the dryer worked good, besides not good power even on 3. The next day went to silk wrap my hair and it didn't turn on at all. I think I waisted 127.** I will be contacting them first thing monday

WORST CHAIRS ever bought.6 chairs with in 1st week pumps make popping noice.called had new ones sent same thing happens then called again they said would ship new pumps and then never heard back so I called everyday for over 2 months and left message finally got a hold of somone eles and they did send new pumps same thing is happing with the pumps make a popping and dropping noice so embarrassing. This whole matter has been going on for over 5 months.

I'm so not happy with the chairs I get one pump making that noise and then sending a new one but when it happens to 6 chairs and every pump still makes this noise they have sent more then once is just not exceptable. If you are looking for chairs I urge you to spend the extra money on a better quality and don't deal with this company. I wish I could send these chairs back and get my money back .also the day I receive these chairs and put together the ring around the base was cracked and the chair handle had a huge cudge out of it.

They did replace those but I'm sorry I still can't believe all the problems with the chairs and also they told me that this has never happened in 25 years they have been in business. Somehow I'm not buying that when its happening to more the 12 pumps that I received

Before sale everything was great, LCL answered emails and said they would check and test product. Product came quickly and then it did not perform as their website said. Went through PayPal to rectify and LCL never responded to PayPal. Paypal then gave me a refund but I still had to pay for shipping back to LCL.
