Never buy worst chairs ever
WORST CHAIRS ever bought.6 chairs with in 1st week pumps make popping noice.called had new ones sent same thing happens then called again they said would ship new pumps and then never heard back so I called everyday for over 2 months and left message finally got a hold of somone eles and they did send new pumps same thing is happing with the pumps make a popping and dropping noice so embarrassing. This whole matter has been going on for over 5 months.
I'm so not happy with the chairs I get one pump making that noise and then sending a new one but when it happens to 6 chairs and every pump still makes this noise they have sent more then once is just not exceptable. If you are looking for chairs I urge you to spend the extra money on a better quality and don't deal with this company. I wish I could send these chairs back and get my money back .also the day I receive these chairs and put together the ring around the base was cracked and the chair handle had a huge cudge out of it.
They did replace those but I'm sorry I still can't believe all the problems with the chairs and also they told me that this has never happened in 25 years they have been in business. Somehow I'm not buying that when its happening to more the 12 pumps that I received

Wow...I experienced the opposite. Super friendly customer service and willing to help me asap via email and phone.
I received a 2 phone calls minutes after submitting my issue via email then 2 emails when I woke up Saturday morning with instructions on submitting photos of the incorrect product sent and on the next working day a email apology letter with more instructions and a shipping label for the return product.
The correct product was shipped NDA! I wonder if someone else has taken over the business, because I was seriously very impressed with their customer service!
